How do I book the hall?

Firstly, check the calendar on the availability page to make sure the date/time you would like is available. Then you can either click on the cross on the date on the calendar to send an enquiry or you can email the administrator at lancasterhallwoking@gmail.com


How do I make payment?

Once the administrator has agreed to your booking, they will send you an invoice for the hire of the hall (plus a deposit if required). You then have 7 days to make payment of this invoice and once the funds have been received the booking is confirmed!


What happens then?

Nearer to the time of your booking the administrator will send you access details about how to gain entry to the hall. After the event you will need to email the administrator with your bank details and the refundable deposit will be returned (if there are no issues).
